Homemade Maple Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter (Raha used Tatura 'salted' butter)
2 tbsp corn oil
250 gm Popcorn
Pinch of salt


For the maple caramel

1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup


Methods


1. Reheat butter and corn oil in a pot. Use medium heat for the first 2 minutes and then turn it into slow.


2. Add in popcorn into the pot (it should be in the same level with the heated fat) and cover with lid.


3. After a few minutes, the popcorn will "pop" out. You can hear the "pop" sounds. Quickly transfer the 
    popcorn into another pot once when the "pop" sounds stop.


4. Season with a pinch of salt..(for plain popcorn only).


For the Maple Caramel

1. Melt butter and sugar until caramelize and after that, straight away coating the whole popcorn. Becareful
     guys.. The caramel is really hot.
